NOTE Digital Only eGift card orders are limited to no more than $500 per order. Holiday Bonus eGift cards will not be issued for any amount purchased above $500 in a single order. You may process multiple orders to receive full Holiday Bonus value for Digital Only eGift orders totaling more than $500.
What is the delivery date of a Digital eGift card & holiday bonus Digital gift card?
When an order is submitted, the Digital eGift card email will be immediately sent to the Recipient’s Email Address. You may choose to have any earned Holiday Bonus eGift cards sent to the recipient or yourself.
How will my Mailed Gift Card & Holiday Bonus gift card be shipped?
Mailed gift cards will be processed within 24 hours of the order date and be mailed via standard USPS Monday–Friday to the Recipient Address. Expedited shipping is not available, but Digital eGift cards are.
Any earned Holiday Bonus gift cards will be sent to the purchaser unless noted in the message section.
(Orders placed Friday after 3pm will be processed the following Monday)
I received a Digital eGift card even though I ordered a mailed gift card?
This digital number will be linked to the physical card your recipient is mailed so should the physical card be lost, the digital number may be used in its place. Redeeming either the digital or physical card version eliminates the value of the other.
I didn't receive confirmation of purchase email?
The confirmation emails periodically get filtered to a Junk or Spam folder. Please check all folders before contacting support.
