HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?

Once your Payback$ account has accumulated 100 points, a complimentary $10 Payback$ reward will automatically be added to your Payback$ account for you to use at your discretion. When you dine with us, let your server know if you will be redeeming your accrued reward(s) or saving them for a future visit.

*Points are earned on food and beverage purchases only. Points are not accumulated on tax, merchandise or gift account purchases. Available at any T-BONES and Cactus Jack's Laconia location. Not available at Copper Door.

  • Points may NOT be accrued at Copper Door Restaurant and rewards may NOT be redeemed at Copper Door.
  • Points are NOT earned on tax, tip, gift accounts, or merchandise.
  • You must present proof of your Payback$ account to your server at the time of your visit to receive your earned Payback$ rewards.
  • Maximum redemption of rewards is $50 per day.
  • Earned rewards are considered promotional, therefore redemption may be subject to restrictions set forth by the company at any time for any reason.
  • Communication regarding all promotions and promotional items will be communicated via our email club.
  • Payback$ account and accrued points or rewards are the property of T-BONES and Cactus Jack's and may be revoked at anytime as deemed by the company.

  • Rewards and points are valid for Payback$ members only and cannot be combined or transferred with other accounts or loyalty programs.

  • You must present proof (telephone number or email) of your Payback$ account to your server at the time of your visit to receive credit for your purchase.

  • Points cannot be added retroactively without proof of purchase.

  • Maximum reward redemption is $50 per day.
